(1) The meeting of the Committee shall be held at such date, time and place as may be fixed by the Coordinator of the Committee.
(2) The secretary of the committee shall give notice to the members of the committee at least twenty-four hours before the meeting of the committee with the topics to be discussed in the meeting.
(3) If the coordinator of the committee and at least three members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee shall be considered.
(4) The meeting of the Committee shall be chaired by the Coordinator of the Committee.
(5) The decision of the majority of the committee shall be considered as the decision of the committee. (6) In the meeting of the committee, the committee may invite experts in the field of victim justice or criminal justice as required.
(7) The records of the decision of the meeting of the committee and/or the work done by the committee shall be kept safe by the secretariat of the committee.
